Cezar Buliga, fotograf profesionist de eveniment din Targu Mures, licentiat la Universitatea de Arte si Design Cluj-Napoca, in specializarea Foto-Video-Prelucrare Computerizata a Imaginii si licentiat master in Explorari Creative in Fotografie la aceeasi universitate.
